Each Founder Edition piece is numbered and limited. We want you to keep yours for years — but if something isn't right, here's how it works.
The window. You may return an unworn piece within 14 days of delivery.
Condition. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and the Archive Certificate included, in their original packaging. Pieces returned worn, altered, or without the certificate can't be accepted.
How to start. Email hello@wearstandout.com with your order number and reason. We'll confirm the return address. Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer's responsibility; we recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund the original payment method within [5–10] business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. When a numbered piece is returned, its number is retired from your order and returned to availability.
Exchanges. We're glad to exchange for a different size where stock allows — but as the edition is limited to 100 pieces, exchanges depend on availability. If your size is gone, we'll process a return instead.
Faulty or incorrect items. If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you — including return shipping.
